Most local residents prefer making their purchases from local merchants. Quite often, learning about local small businesses can be difficult.

“Your Mechanicsburg Hometown Connection” makes finding those businesses easier. Its purpose is to drive local commerce and to help small businesses connect with the people in their surrounding area.Our second annual edition is a celebration of our local business community. Here you will find listings of local businesses, including the entire Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce membership. There will also be advertising space, Hometown Happenings, tidbits of Hometown History and more.

10,000 Mechanicsburg Hometown Connections will be distributed in 2008. Most will be delivered door-to-door in neighborhoods surrounding Mechanicsburg. A small number will be distributed through coffee shops, hotels, and provided to new home buyers.
